Originally from Odessa, Texas, Diane Hernandez-Wells is an ardent music educator and flute instructor devoted to her students and the art of playing flute. She incorporates cheerfulness and ease into each lesson which allows her students the ability to grow and excel at their own pace in a stress free environment. Because of her passion and dedication to teaching, several of her students have gone on to study and pursue a degree in music education and music therapy.

Diane has many years of experience teaching in Texas, first, as a band director, then, as a private instructor and music consultant.

Diane Hernandez-Wells is a lifetime certified teacher in Texas with a Bachelors Degree in All-Level Music Education from West Texas State University (Canyon, Texas).

Her past teachers include: Karen Leach (Midland-Odessa), Sally Turk (West Texas State University).
