The application process requires five steps:

1. Review the policies and regulations online here:  Policies and Regulations

2. Student must join or renew AFS membership if not a current member at: www.austinflutesociety.org/membership

3. Submit application & pay competition fee using this registration form

4. Include a link to your performance on this registration form, OR email your video to LuisDiazAFS@gmail.com 

5. Please do not use school email addresses on this form - any emails we try to send there will bounce!
