About the Event
Get valuable audition practice! Students who participate in mock auditions typically perform better at Region and Area auditions. You will play excerpts of all three etudes behind a screen for the judges and receive feedback afterwards.
Already doing a mock audition at your school? Do this one too, for even more practice. You can't practice auditioning too many times - you'll find you get more comfortable the more times you put yourself under pressure.
Free for AFS members, $10 for non-members.
Our judges this year are Rachel Lopez from the Austin Symphony Orchestra, and Nick Goodwin, from the Central Texas Philharmonic.
